Frank’s Americana Revival
Located in the River Oaks area, Frank’s provides diners with an elevated take on classic, American comfort foods. My marketing efforts included press releases, boosted Facebook posts, email marketing and website maintenance.
From managing the design and programming through to formatting content and the website’s finishing touches, I oversaw the redesign of the restaurant’s website this year. In the first month, the new site led to a 13% increase in time on site and a 7% increase in the number of pages viewed per visit.
This year, I migrated the client’s email marketing program from Constant Contact to MailChimp. Similar in pricing, by initiating the move to MailChimp I attained more design flexibility and reduced the amount of time needed to create each email.
To best serve the client’s budget and to keep up with seasonal menu options and countless events, I decided that posts would serve our purpose better than Facebook ads. This way, the Facebook page continues to have fresh content and we are not limited by character counts.SAMPLE POST PERFORMANCE
